Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

Junior Graphic Designer

to join our team at Nohad Sdn Bhd, a garment manufacturing company. This role focuses on supporting customers and internal teams with artwork preparation and order processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for checking and assisting with customer artwork, preparing and reviewing job sheets, and supporting the team with sizing requirements. You will work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure all artwork and job details are accurate before going into production, helping to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Check and verify customer artwork for accuracy and print readiness. Assist customers in editing or preparing artwork to meet production requirements. Prepare and review job sheets for customer orders. Assist in creating artwork mock-ups and layouts based on customer specifications. Work with the production team to confirm sizing and placement of designs. Ensure all design files are properly organized and stored for reference. Communicate with the sales and customer service teams to clarify artwork or order details. Support other design-related tasks as required by the department.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (basic knowledge of other design software is an advantage). Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when checking artwork and job sheets. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of garment printing (screen printing, embroidery, heat press) is an added advantage. Portfolio of design work (even academic projects) must be submitted with the application.
