Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Good artistic and flair for design for presentation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Designer with high quality presentation drawing ability.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good working knowledge in building statutory requirements.
\xef\x82\xb7 To attend meetings and site supervision.
\xef\x82\xb7 To meet datelines and maintain a consistent high standard of work.
\xef\x82\xb7 Result-oriented, able to work independently with good planning and organisation skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to handling, coordinating and liaise with clients or designers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good in observation, designing, detail drawing and shop drawing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the design team

Job Requirements

Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent.
\xef\x82\xb7 At least 1-2 years and above of working experience in related field is required for this position.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experienced applicants with design background in commercial, offices and residential preferred.
\xef\x82\xb7 Well versed in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Freehand sketching and etc. Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Flash and etc. is an advantage.
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to attend meetings and handle site supervision.
\xef\x82\xb7 Self-motivated and able to work in team with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
