Maintain and strengthen positive relationships with customers through effective communication and service.
Prepare comprehensive training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, user guides, and instructional videos.
Plan, manage, and conduct training sessions or classes for internal staff or external clients.
Create clear and engaging training videos to support learning and product usage.
Job Requirement
- Prefer candidate with interior design/3D modeling/architecture/IT and/or related industry knowledge
- Basic knowledge of 3D design software i.e Sketchup/Autocad/3DSMax is an added advantage
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
