• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Candidates must be able to speak in Mandarin and English
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, 3Ds Max with V-Ray Render or relavant 3D softwares.
• Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
• Able to work under minor supervision and able to work under stress.
• Think creative and develop new design concept, graphic and layout.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

• Required to draw and build floor plan and newly design floor plan.
• Basic knowledge and understanding is essential.
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts and present your idea
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc
• Responsible to draw a project design outward that fulfills company or client\'s requirements while integrating the needs of marketing, sales and manufacturing capability
• Prepare final plans, using computer applications based on clients\' comment and gain full approval.
• Work involves creating, designing, modeling and producing prototypes
• Create a timeline for the interior design project
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
• Ability of providing Mood Board
• Work closely with the team in developing design proposal and planning
• Ability of providing 2D and 3D Drawings
• Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
