Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of audits under the guidance of senior auditors. Assist in documenting processes, testing controls, and identifying potential control gaps. Contribute to the preparation of clear and actionable audit reports. Help develop data analytics routines to detect anomalies and support risk assessments. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and audit methodology enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or a related field. Familiarity with SAP systems or interest in learning process mining tools Basic knowledge of audit tools or data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language skills (e.g., German, Spanish) are a plus. Willingness to travel for 50%-80% of audit assignments. Eagerness to learn and grow in the internal audit profession. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to write clear, structured reports that are understandable to business stakeholders. Interest in data analytics and using technology to enhance audit quality. High integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset. Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural teams
