Internship Opportunity: Invoicing Intern (Marine Products Division)

We are seeking a motivated

Invoicing Intern

to join our

Marine Products division

. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in invoicing operations, allowing you to learn how customer billing and documentation are managed within a global maritime organization.

Our

Marine Products division

supplies a wide range of marine consumables, equipment, and solutions to vessels worldwide, including Unitor products, Timm ropes, Unicool refrigerants, and Unitor and Nalfleet marine chemicals. Last year, we made product deliveries to over 27,500 vessels in more than 2,000 ports.

About the Role

This internship is based in our

Kuala Lumpur office at KL Sentral

, conveniently accessible by Monorail, MRT, KTM, and public transportation. You will be part of the Invoicing Team, working closely with the

Invoicing Team Lead

,

Customer Services

, and

Credit

teams.

What You Will Learn

Understanding the end-to-end invoicing process within a global supply chain. Assisting in verifying invoice details such as delivery notes, product quantities, prices, and charges. Supporting the coordination and dispatch of electronic and manual invoices. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve invoice-related issues. Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems used in financial operations.

Who We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in

Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

. Good communication skills in

English (written and spoken)

. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. Able to commit to a

minimum internship duration of 6 months

.
