Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and analyzing business and user requirements. Help design and implement system solutions based on client needs. Support the preparation of User Requirement Specification (URS) documents (MS Word, Excel). Create and maintain basic system process flows using Draw.io. Assist in preparing preliminary UI/UX designs using Figma. Provide support for system configuration and troubleshooting activities. Assist senior consultants in reviewing, refining, and presenting documents. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): support users during testing, clarify requirements, and coordinate feedback handling. Support knowledge transfer activities to the QA team for system testing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. 0-2 years of working experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or System Analysis. Basic understanding of system analysis, design, and integration. Knowledge of business processes and how they align with IT solutions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Proficiency in

and

Excel

Basic knowledge of flowcharting tools like

Draw.io

. Exposure to

Figma

or other prototyping tools. Internship or project experience involving business or system analysis. Knowledge of databases or basic system architecture is a plus.
