Knowledge to handle PCs, Notebooks, Peripherals & Printer faults
Assist in the Setup of New PCs and Installation of Software / Local & Remote
Familiar with Ticketing System and respond promptly to tickets via system
Possess customer service skills to communicate with end-users
Knowledgeable of different IT Technologies where continuous learning in the work field is expected
Junior IT Support based in Customer Office
Junior IT Support on Field Onsite
Hardware support for PC, Tablet, and Printer.
PC Software supports Win10, Office 365, Antivirus, etc.
Maintain a high degree of customer service to all employees, vendors, and clients of the company, and adhere to all service management principles.
Perform administrative and other tasks as deemed necessary by the Helpdesk Team Lead
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
