JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Day to Day Helpdesk responsibilities including but not limited to responding IT request, troubleshooting and new joiner on boarding
• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure such as hardware, software and networks.
• Responsible for new equipment or product of security & IT network system set-up and performing preventive maintenance and calibration. (Including project implementation and coordination).
• Basic network/ server setup and troubleshooting.
• Build, configuration and installation of PC related peripherals.
• Maintained IT Hardware, software audit and IT hardware disposal records.
• Provide user guidelines to frequently problems occurred.
• Arrange to mobilize as per ISO procedures.
• May required standby support after office hours during system maintenance
• Any other hoc tasks assigned by the Superior/Head of Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma (Major in IT/ Network system) or higher
• At least 2 years work experience in the IT environment.
• Good understanding of network system, network architecture and services
• Knowledge in managing and supporting clients and server environment
• Able to multitask, strong analytic mind with good troubleshooting skills
