Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide first level support to users on hardware, software, and all IT related issues
  • Resident at client\'s site to provide technical support and assistance to end-user.
  • Install and set up Access Point, IP Phone, IT network system related.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests from end-user via telephone, email, and on-site service.
  • Identify and resolve the problem /or escalate to other technical resources.
  • Computer hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
  • Server administration: Domain controller, file server, backup and etc.
  • Monitor network infrastructure using network monitoring software.
  • Coordinate with vendors on IT system support and maintenances.
  • Submit a daily summary report.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
The Requirements
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the IT-related field.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple problems and issues
  • Responsible and team play
  • Basic technical knowledge in Windows-based operating systems, Microsoft products, servers, switches, security systems, and structured cabling, and other general applications.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, 10 am to 10 pm
  • Working location: Genting Highlands Premium Outlets.
