Location: Sigma Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd, LOT NO 21-LG, 21 & 21A, JALAN BOULEVARD 2, GENTING PERMAI BOULEVARD, 69000 GENTING HIGHLANDS, PAHANG, Malaysia

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionally and diligently perform routine periodic and monthly servicing works according to Company\'s Maintenance program and work schedule, this include verbal complaints/request by the customer on lift and or escalators matter.
• To report all abnormal findings to the Supervisor and or Engineer for further action.
• To ensure that all works performed i.e. Servicing, parts replacement, repairs and breakdown are accompanied by relevant job sheet acknowledged by the respective customer. These job-sheet are to be submitted to the office for verification.
• To attend as soon as reasonably possible, all breakdown callback assignment. Priority is to be given for \'man trap\' situation within 45 minutes and normal breakdown call for assistance within 2 hours.
• To perform other repair works as instructed by the Supervisor and or Engineer.
• To be available for 24 Hours Breakdown Callback Standby duties as and when required by the Supervisor and or Engineer.
• Any others duties that may be given by the Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• Basic Electrical, Electronic and or Mechanical knowledge with 1 year related experience.
• Experience and able to trouble shoot and solve technical problem will have added advantage.
• Familiar of lift and escalator operation.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to discharge its responsibilities irrespective of day or time.
• Self-disciplined.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical thinking.
• Respectfulness.
• Empathetic.
• Possess own vehicle and valid license.
• Able and willing to work in Genting Highlands.
