Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide helpdesk and technical support to end users. Managing and maintaining hardware and software in the computer. Desktop PC, printer and IT equipment support, upgrade and maintenance. Maintain and configure existing customer IT system, PC, servers, firewall, switch, and others. Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure. Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches and firewalls. Work closely with other IT staff to implement network solutions and improvements
Requirements:
Junior IT technical support At least 1 year of working experience in IT technical/network field/ Fresh graduate in IT/network (or equivalent experience). Applicant should be Malaysian citizens. CCNA certificate will be an added advantage. Independent, hands-on and can work under pressure. Good communication skills Willing to travel to client office(s) as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
