Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and basic IT equipment
Assist users with troubleshooting system and application issues
Perform routine system checks, updates, and basic maintenance
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking
Willingness to learn and able to work independently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
