Role Description We are currently looking for a Full-Time On-Site Key Account Manager to join our team in Shah Alam. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and growing long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service and support. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities with existing clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that meet their unique needs, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions to our clients. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in the technology industry. Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in delivering customized solutions in Advanced Data Analytics, AI and Machine Learning, Geospatial Data Science, Internet of Things (IoT), Security Analytics, or a related field preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, and experience in developing and executing sales strategies and plans. Ability to work independently, and a results-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, or other related tools. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
