Candidate is expected to be based in downstream entity in Seksyen 16, Shah Alam to carry out the below tasks but not limited to: Establish & execute sales goals and plan to support the achievement of company business objectives and company market share ambition. Drive and achieve the monthly sales targets including developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts based upon current market and customer trend. Roll out sales actions that best address customer needs and adhere to the internal processes (e.g., forecast, stock planning, delivery performance etc.). Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up, achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs. Key accounts analysis and monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet. Ensure adherence to all Company\'s principles and policies. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering studies Minimum 3 years\' experience in sales / key account management. Proven experience as Key Account Manager (KAM) Strong knowledge in sales planning & process, use of analytics and plan to drive growth and development. Experience in working with team of diverse knowledge / experience within manufacturing industry Experience within the steel industry/building industry to enable strong product and application knowledge will be a plus Must demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, organizational skills, and be goal oriented Must have strong network and relationship building skills, problem-solving, negotiating, and communication skills
