We're looking for a Junior Application Maintenance & Production Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience supporting mission-critical applications in secure financial environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SWIFT solutions, Oracle Database 19c, and Linux systems. Experience with Java Spring Boot and scripting will be a plus.

Role Summary

You will provide

L3 production support

for critical SWIFT applications, ensuring system availability, timely issue resolution, and compliance with security and audit requirements. This role requires close collaboration with infrastructure, development, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

L3 support

for SWIFT systems ensuring high availability. Perform

incident & problem management

, including root cause analysis. Monitor system logs, interfaces, and message flows across SWIFT platforms. Perform

system patching, upgrades, configuration & security compliance

. Maintain operational documentation and support audit/regulatory procedures. Participate in

disaster recovery drills

and follow-up remediation.
Required Experience

3-5 years in

Application Support / Production Support

roles. Direct exposure to

financial services

environments with strong security procedures. Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking.

Pay: RM5,200.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
