JOB DESCRIPTION - To handle conveyancing matters including sales and purchase agreement, loan documentation, discharge of charge, sub-sale, perfection files and other matter. - Possess excellent knowledge of Subsale matters - With strong analytical, drafting and research skills - Able to draft various agreements independently - Good communication and interpersonal skills and with good discipline - Ability to work as a team, willing to learn. - Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
