Requirements
Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Preferably someone with 1-2 years' experience. Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, analytical thinking, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
Passion: A genuine love for Malaysian cuisine and a desire to bring innovative food concepts to life.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Campaigns
- Help plan and run marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and traditional channels.
- Create content schedules and strategies that align with our brand goals.
- Track campaign performance and suggest ways to improve results.
2. Content Creation
- Write engaging social media posts, blog articles, promotional emails, and ads.
- Work with designers to create eye-catching marketing materials.
- Proofread and refine content to match our brand's voice and style.
3. Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule posts on our social media pages.
- Respond to comments/messages and keep engagement high.
- Track trends and come up with creative ideas to boost visibility.
- Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
4. Market Research & Insights
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide ideas for improvement.
- Prepare reports with key marketing insights.
5. Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and running events, product launches, and promotions.
- Work with vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution.
6. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and design teams to keep marketing aligned with business goals.
- Provide general support to the marketing team as needed.
