Support marketing promotions, campaigns, and events (including coordination and follow-up).
Maintain and update company's marketing tools, posters, and resources.
Provide support and guidance to distributors to achieve sales and TA targets.
Handle distributor enquiries, feedback, and provide training/motivational sessions (physical or offline).
Assist in Travel Award (TA) preparation, analysis, and distributor progress tracking.
Coordinate with Branding Department on marketing videos, digital content, and campaign materials.
Monitor and report sales performance, promotion results, and market trends.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Carry out any other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Preferably 2-3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or support roles. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Experience with CRM systems and event coordination.
Presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training/sharing sessions.
Familiarity with the direct selling / MLM industry is preferred.
Good command of English and Mandarin (both written and spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Willing to travel and support events during non-office hours when required
