Job Description

To maintain & operate the boilers ensure running in good conditions & operate in the most effective & efficient manner in daily operation To schedule and implement periodic preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected Boiler downtime. To monitor and maintain consistency of Boiler, to lengthen the Boiler life span and to avoid lost of production. To make necessary preparation & follow up with contractors if necessary repair & maintenance & annual inspections by relevant authorities To Ensure efficient operation of Steam Boilers. Production processes such as Printing and others. To ensure safety working environment clean working area & maintain good housekeeping maintenance of boilerhouse To make monthly inventory reports, maintenance report, Boiler Log sheet To ensure sufficient quantity of fuel oil available for continuous operation of Boiler. To issue Purchase Requisition for fuel oil and chemicals as when required. To ensure a safe, comfortable and clean working area by periodic maintenance of the areas in and surrounding the Boiler House. other ad hoc task assign by superior. Education Background : Candidate must possess at least SPM and above and Certificate Minimum Category Boilerman Steam Grade II issued by JKKP Experience : At least total 3 years working experience with boilerman Grade 2. Experience in manufacturing environment Must be able to work on long hours/over time. Responsible and able to work independently. Self motivated and hardworking. Skills: Boilerman Grade 2 Certificate others: Microsoft office
