About Our Client

Our client is a market leader in the premium gift industry with over 40 years of experience, specializing in high-quality corporate gifts that elevate brand image and strengthen customer relationships. Partnering with over 1,000 manufacturers across Greater China and serving more than 5,000 clients in Hong Kong, they are known for delivering excellence and precision in every project.

Job Scope:

Source and evaluate quality wood and souvenir products from Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality and reliable supply. Oversee production schedules, conduct factory inspections, and ensure timely delivery. Prepare and manage documentation for production, logistics, and sales operations. Support business development by identifying new product and market opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, or supply chain management (experience in wood products is an advantage). Fresh graduates in Merchandising are welcome to apply. Good understanding of production and quality control processes. Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Chinese (reading/writing); Cantonese-speaking preferred. Skilled in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
