Position Overview

We are seeking a Merchandiser / Product Sourcing Executive to manage sourcing, production, and quality control for corporate gifts and wooden products in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. This role also supports regional market development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate high-quality wood and souvenir products. Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and supply. Monitor production progress and conduct factory inspections for timely delivery. Manage production, logistics, and sales documentation. Support market development and identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-2 years' experience in merchandising, sourcing, or supply chain management; experience with wood products preferred. Fresh graduates in merchandising are welcome. Strong understanding of production and quality control processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Chinese (reading/writing); Cantonese preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
