Monitoring daily operations, including server, hardware, software and system Responsible for planning and handling IT infrastructure and computer systems on time and to specifications. Coordinating technology installations, upgrades & maintenance; Selecting and purchasing new & replacement hardware and software; Testing, troubleshooting and modifying information systems; Generating performance reports for OS; Remaining up to date with advance in technology and industry best practices; Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness. Ensure all vendor billings proceesed and update into designated system file Testing, troubleshooting and modifying information systems; Implement security protection on network and all computers. Evaluating operations, procedures and processes and making suggestions for improvement. Manages all system such as ERP , Website CMS ,Accounting , POS ,ETC from setup , system flow and SOP , troubleshotting , backup and liasing with system supports . Attend ad-hoc IT systems related task as assigned by HOD /Management
Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related; Fresh Grad are welcoming; Experience: Computer Network, Network Installation & Network Administration; Skills: Computer hardware, cabling installation & support, wireless technology applications & interface and IT Security; Proficient in Microsoft Windows Software including Server, Office & Exchange; Good communication, strong interpersonal skills & excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Willing to work at Klang area
