Job Description

Jobscope:
- maintain short-stay and room rental properties around Klang Valley
- solve basic maintenance issues
- restock supplies in the properties
- attend to tenant and guest on maintenance requests
- ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior / management.

Requirement:
- Have own transport (preferably bike)
- High problem solving skills
- Prompt updates and reporting to superior

Advantage:
- Basic home repair skills
- Project management experience
- Comfortable with deadlines

Working Hours & Location:
- 9am - 6pm
- Move around Klang Valley

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
