Job Description

The operations executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational activities within the organization. This role involves managing processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that operations run smoothly to meet organizational objectives.Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, agents and subordinates to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on operational strategies and initiatives.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Support managers with ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as needed.
• Prepared daily progress report to the managers and others management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At lease STPM or Diploma in business administration, operations management or any related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• No experience needed, willing to learn and having basic knowledge in operations management or a similar role may be advantages.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or as needed, to meet deadlines or address urgent matters.
• Having own transportation for support functions & travel.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
