Operation Executive- Intern
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics for daily delivery of goods to customers.
- Communicate with the customer service team, production team, and logistic team to meet customer satisfaction.
- Organize & arrange packing of goods to make sure all meals are delivered safely to customers.
- Manage storefront, ready for walk-in customers and orders from the delivery platform (Grabfood, Foodpanda, and others).
- Continuously improve the current operation SOPs & system to achieve higher efficiency.
- Develop and implement operation’s inventory tracking systems, review levels of supplies, order new materials, and perform a weekly analysis.
- Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
- Responsible for ensuring items or services are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered upon agreed terms and conditions, seeking maximum value for the company including agreed time and cost.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work on Sunday
