Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Operator to join our Testing & Assembly Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the production process by assembling parts, testing finished goods, and ensuring quality standards are met. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly of mechanical components according to work instructions and quality standards. Perform basic functional testing on products using standard test equipment or jigs. Report any defects or inconsistencies found during testing or assembly. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation and comply with 5S practices. Work closely with the line leader or supervisor to achieve daily production targets. Complete necessary production records or checklists accurately. Follow safety procedures as required. Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor related to testing, quality check, or assembly improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Certificate in Technical or Vocational Studies (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Experience in a manufacturing or assembly line is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of using hand tools, screwdrivers, and small assembly devices. Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP). Team player, responsible, and willing to learn. Able to stand or perform repetitive tasks for long hours when needed.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
