We're looking for a willing-to-learn and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our fast-growing property business in Setia Alam.

Key Responsibilities
- Upload property listings to marketing platforms (iProperty, Mudah, Ziba, Facebook)
- Respond to incoming leads on WhatsApp and help schedule appointments
- Assist in after-sales service (e.g., arrange maintenance with tenants)
- Submit tenancy documents to the LHDN e-Stamping system
- Help with other admin support tasks as needed
Requirements
- Able to read & reply messages in English or Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus!)
- Good attitude, responsible, and willing to follow SOP
- Basic computer literacy (Google Drive, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, ChatGPT etc.)
- No experience needed -- training provided
