Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist on new product development and modification which involve feasibility study of new product, manufacturability and design failure analysis.

2. Design special fabricate products for existing facilities and infrastructure.

3. Handle new/ transferred product introduction, coordinating through the entire development stages to mass production.

4. Preparing monthly reports on development process and progress achievement.

5. To assist in liaise with mould makers and suppliers on scheduling.

6. Assist in establish and practice deapartmen's SOP and WI.

7. Assist in achieve department management policies, targets and KPIs.

8. Lead to enforce and implement 5S activities in workplace.

9. Participate in continuous improvement activities.

10. Perform any other jobs or duties delegated by superior.

11. Assist to support Lab testing if needed

Any other duties as assigned by the superior which is related to the nature of the work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
