Your Role: As a Product Owner (Associate/ Senior Associate Level), you will play a crucial part in developing the product strategy and setting the product roadmap, delivering projects that require complex stakeholder management and coordination across multiple cross-functional teams. The impact of your work will be highly visible throughout Boost Credit\'s partner & customer experience as you continuously raise the bar in what and how we serve them. A high degree of autonomy will be granted for what will be a highly visible leadership role. You will most likely be at the centre of a diverse ecosystem made up of internal and external stakeholders, so you\'ll need to bring your A-game when it comes to communication and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Senior Product Owner, this is how your day-to-day activities look like: Support and/or lead the development of innovative and top-in-class products, with near-term focus on lending that uniquely serve our ecosystem partners and their respective merchant bases while continuously identifying ways to differentiate our products from competitors. Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Tech, Legal, and Regulatory to bring about innovative and well-defined go-to-market plans. Define and communicate product requirements and specifications on solving problems that have never been faced before by thinking out-of-the-box. Launch minimum-viable-products (MVPs) based on quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation while iteratively improve products to delight customers & their experience. Gather, organize, and document product requirements from customers / partners with utmost clarity for designers, engineers, and data scientists to execute on (e.g., product specifications, user stories, release notes). Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work to rigorously push product development. End-to-end issue handling and able to prioritize team initiatives & remove friction across overall team tasks. Formalize & standardize processes as well as documentation. Requirement: Minimally 2+ years of Product Management experience at a high growth, tech/software company with demonstrated success in launching new products or features or enhancing existing products or features with clear targets and impact at scale; ideally in a B2B, Fintech, e-Commerce or tech startup environment; familiarity with product management tools & methodologies. Excellent track record of managing a portfolio of products or projects to meet business and customer needs. Excellent track record of managing and understanding digital lending products through their lifecycle and a relentless hunger to discover and resolve customer pain points. Has successfully developed and implemented a system / product / service / feature for a customer, evaluated its performance, proposed and executed approaches to continually improve it.. Proven experience owning products / platforms of high to very high complexity & scale and end-to-end delivery of relevant features.
