Why does this job exist and why is it critical What are you accountable for Lead & Deliver Digital Products implementation To lead, plan, guide and manage execution of digital leads platform and channels implementation including plan and define omni-channels/platform/product KPIs, conceptualize/define user stories/detailed requirements and product features (including data requirements and transformation), manage squad team delivery, resolve issues and mitigate delivery risks. Responsible for daily day-to-day execution with timely decision-making, commitments and quality deliveries including dependencies. Understand the technical capabilities and business value-chain operations/impacts. Make recommendation and highlight alternatives/options for unmet commitments. Product Backlog Management and Roadmap To drive, plan, prioritize and track product features, releases and requirements backlogs. Assess business values, groom concepts/use-cases and prioritized user stories. Define and manage product roadmap, growth opportunities and operation efficiencies, aligning with business objectives. Present, influence and align with key stakeholders of product roadmap periodically including functional management. Manage Business owners\' expectations and align with relevant Product owners of Channels for product backlog prioritization. Product Performance Management To deliver business ambition for the owned channels/products and accountable for overall products performances. To drive, request and co-develop data model, database structure/traits based on business requirements for desired features and workflow. To drive periodical reports and derive collective insights (working with Digital Analytics team) to key stakeholders on product health and performance, including key business drivers, critical capabilities delivered and platform stability. Periodical assessment to identify continuous improvements, efficiency and gaps to achieve business objectives, customer experiences and operational concerns. Bridge and manage expectation of business needs with relevant technical capabilities and operation processes. Stakeholder management To manage, influence, align and build awareness of stakeholders on product portfolio needs, interdependencies within relevant digital squads and value-chain counterparts. Understand, facilitate and drive conclusion among cross-functional stakeholders on challenges/issues/risks raised. Manage team dispute and intervene where necessary with timely decision making and escalation. Driving Change To act as transformative change agent, promote customer centricity mindset and share knowledge and trend of Digital initiatives across organization. Drive and lead Digital Leads squad to deliver key capabilities, change initiatives and improvements with cross-functional team. What do you need to have for this role Bachelor\'s Degree, in relevant discipline to include Digital channels, Data Analytics/Model, Product Development, Business Management. Industry knowledge in Telecommunications/Banking/Digital Retail. 11-15 years of total working experience with 7-10 years in leading & managing in Digital Product Owner experience, Google Analytics/Insight Analysis, Data model/Database structure analytics, Digital Transformation and Agile Project Management. Experience in delivery digital first and omni-channel transformation is preferable. Creative thinker with In-depthknowledge of Agile process and principles Good organizational and time management skills Good at analytical skill, problem solving and facilitation. Understanding of business strategies, product value-chain, IT platform with good business acumen Functional knowledge of digital retails and self-served care management vertical industries of Telecommunications, Finance, Services. Strong skills in customer experience management, digital transformation program and agile project implementation. Passionate about customer experience, with coaching and engaging skill. Strong inter-personal and stakeholder management skill, great communication, influencing, customer oriented mind-set, passionate and engaging skills.
