Product Strategy and Vision:
Own, develop, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Define product vision and growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to focus on features with maximum value.
Agile Leadership:
Lead the Agile team as Product Owner, managing the backlog, iteration planning, and product release plans.
Ensure the team has a well-prepared backlog and address any impediments impacting team performance.
Product Development and Management:
Drive the product as a strategic asset, supporting it with management tools and processes.
Collaborate with development, design, testing, research, and business teams to build exceptional user experiences.
Create and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Customer and Market Focus:
Gain an in-depth understanding of technical and business processes to articulate use cases and user stories for identified features.
Continuously iterate to ensure the product remains useful, competitive, and meets customer needs.
Conduct research, analyze market trends, and gather data insights to inform product decisions and strategy.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to assess product performance.
Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to enhance user experience and drive business outcomes.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ensure the product roadmap and features are well-presented and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
Stay updated on technical trends and best practices for benchmarking purposes.
Work Environment Adaptability:
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Perform well under pressure and handle a high volume of work with tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Digital Product, Digital Marketing, Business Management, IT, or a related field. Industry knowledge in Telecommunications, Banking, or Online business is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
Experience: 4 to 6 years of total working experience, with 1 to 3 years specifically in digital product management, project implementation, online product value-chain management, and customer management.
