General Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the agile product squad as Product Owner to deliver the product build road map required to support the business growth and strategy of the product.
• Drive the product as a strategic asset and support the product with management tools and processes.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of technical and business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/capabilities for the product.
• Continually iterate to ensure customer needs are met and that the product remains highly useful and competitive.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of development, design, testing, research, and business to build amazing experiences for the end user.
• Lead research, testing, metrics analysis, data insights, and experimentations to help inform and drive decision-making.
• Understand customer pain points, assist in defining solutions, and bring them to life.
• Keeps abreast of technical trends and best practices about the product management industry and other similar tools/solutions in the market for benchmarking purposes.
• Obsessed with the performance and usability of the product from the perspective of the various systems/stakeholders involved.
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate number of prior-prepared stories to work on
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
• Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories and epics to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
• Create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
• Ensure all usage playbooks and processes are properly and sufficiently documented.
• Plan and manage product budget and spend in bringing to life the product roadmap.

Education

Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science

Work experience

Minimum of seven years\' relevant experience in building/managing complex platforms and products
