Project / Product
New A.I enabled B2B platform for existing corporate customers.
Mix of self service, free upgrades / renew licences, 3rd party plugins and download new version releases.
This new portal consolidates all the existing products portals - everything a customer will need in one place.
The ambition is to use A.I to implement a product recommendation / matching algorithm.
Use LLM to explain / match product features and chatbots to manage customer service enquiries.
This project is central to the core business model of consolidating, integrating and cross-selling different modules and software to the same customer - it is a key part of the sales and marketing strategy.

Must Have
2 + years in a Product Owner / Product Manager role
B2B experience (CRM / SaaS / Enterprise Software)
This is a technical role - so tech / engineering / data background needed
Nice to have
Experience in a MicroSoft Environment
Agile / Scrum certs
This is a backend heavy role, so knowledge of data analytics, databases, matching algorithms etc
Levels / Seniority
This in an hands on Individual contributor (IC)
2+ years in product owner / manager
8-12 years total experience - prior can be in engineering, data, consulting or IT BA
Reporting to the Head of Product and part of a wider team of 15 in Malaysia
Encouraged to apply

Experience from enterprise SaaS / CRM / ERP : The Access Group, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, SAS etc
