Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily food production, preparation, and cooking according to standard recipes and portion sizes. Support the Production Chef or Supervisor in ensuring production targets and timelines are met. Maintain consistency in food taste, presentation, and quality across all products. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food handling, storage, and hygiene. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils at all times. Monitor ingredient levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages or equipment issues. Assist in receiving and storing raw materials and ingredients. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines (HACCP/GMP compliance). Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak periods. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Production Chef or Production Executive.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, or equivalent qualification. 1-2 years of experience in food production or kitchen operations (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and kitchen safety. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
