Messrs. Rosenida Azlina Hafidz & Co. located at Kajang, Selangor & Kuantan, Pahang. We were established since 2013. We are a law firm that handles the sale and purchase of houses/land (properties). We manage house purchase and sale documents (SPA & LOAN), deal with agents, buyers, sellers as well as involve dealing with banks, Land Offices, LHDN and so on. To make the SPA & LOAN process run smoothly, our firm uses a system that only can be accessed by our agents, buyers and sellers. Therefore, we would like to find a suitable candidate, to fill this vacant IT & ADMIN EXECUTIVE position. Fresh graduate / Intern are welcome to apply. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain company website & in-house system
• Update in-house Systems by adding new modules
• Provide first-level technical support in the office
• Manage IT assets such as tagging, tracking and maintaining on a periodical basis
• Perform data recovery operations, including procedural documentation & relevant reports when required.
• Liaise with vendors for server application such as server, emails, clouds and conduct training to internal staff.
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new or current software to meet company objectives
• Implementing process and procedures to prevent potential threats
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting handling systems
• Basic knowledge of setup, trouble-shooting of PC hardware & networking devices is a plus.
• Able to work independently, motivated, working with minimum supervision, and as a team player as well

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Bachelor in Computer / Information Technology
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experiences
• Skilled in partnering/dealing with internal customers at all levels to define problems, identify solutions, and facilitate change
• Ability to work according to strict deadlines
• Able to work extra time
