Manage and maintain project documentation (contracts, reports, drawings, correspondence)
Manage and prepare tender documentation
Organize filing systems (physical & digital)
Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and project-related documents
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow up on action items
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal team
Update project records, progress reports, and data tracking
Assist in basic project financial administration (invoices, claims, DO, payments)
Support Project Manager and project team in daily administrative tasks
Ensure all documents are properly updated, stored, and accessible
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
