\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage all costs relating to projects, from the initial calculation to the final figures. Surveyor seek to minimize the cost of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standard and quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Quantity surveyor may work for neither the client nor the contractor, working in an office or on site. \xe2\x80\xa2 They are involved in a project from the start, preparing estimates and costs of the works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability. RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare budgetary estimates assignment to meet requirement of work and perform cost analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend tender procedures and prepare tender reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare contract administration duties related to quantity surveyor e.g bit tender board, identifying, valuing and analysis the appointment of sub-contractors \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending progress meeting and handle contractual correspondences. EXPERIENCE: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates shall posses a Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must have at least 3 years experiences in related field.
