Key Responsibilities
Assist in pre- and post-contract duties, including tender preparation and progress claims.
Support the team in attending tender briefings and site meetings.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide administrative and technical support to the Contracts Department.
Prepare project documentation and cost reports accurately and on time.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Quantity Surveying
or equivalent.
At least
1-3 years of relevant experience
, preferably with a
Main Contractor
.
Proficient in
Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English
.
Computer-literate with good command of
MS Office
and
AutoCAD
.
Must possess own transport.
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM4,000 - RM4,500
