Job Description
- Minimum SPM or Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree or full/partial professional qualification in related fields.
- Fresh grads also can apply
- Required skill(s): Computer Literacy & good knowledge in MS office.
- Can speak in English and B.Malaysia. Mandarin (advantage)
- Able to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive working attitude strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understand the capability and limits of product/service.
- Review on customer\'s drawing and prepare quantity needs.
- Estimate the quantity and costs of raw materials.
- Prepare a quotation to set a budget for payments, inventory needs and materials.
- Keep track on changes of product and update budgets to meet customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate with project department and customers.
- Provide suggestion to customer on improvements, strategies, estimated costs of product.
- Check the actual quantity and prepare Purchase Order (PO).
- Check, verify and evaluate all of Variation Order (VO) and Extension of Time (EOT) claims according to customer demand.
- Coordinate submission of documents are fully substantiated, accurate and in accordance with the project to clients and relevant authorities.
