Provide application maintenance and production support for reporting and analytics solutions
Monitor dashboards, reports, and data refresh processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Support and troubleshoot issues related to QLIK dashboards and analytics applications
Perform impact analysis and root cause identification
Coordinate fixes under senior guidance
Handle user queries, service requests, and incidents in line with defined SLAs
Prepare and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures
Assist with minor report enhancements, data fixes, and testing activities
Required Skills:
Less than 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or application support roles
Hands-on experience with business analytics tools (QLIK)
(mandatory)
Proficiency in office productivity tools in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Basic understanding of production support processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills and a customer-support mindset
Ability to work in a structured, support-oriented environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to P&OP or operations-related reporting
Experience supporting BI or analytics applications in production environments
Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT service management processes
Basic understanding of data flows and reporting architectures

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
