Location: Petaling Jaya

:

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility. Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using the Automation Anywhere 360 platform. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation workflows. Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to improve performance and reliability. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and coding standards throughout the automation lifecycle. Document automation processes, configurations, and support procedures. Provide support for bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 2 years experiences in RPA development, with exposure in UiPath.

Familiarity with Automation Anywhere is preferred.*
Strong understanding of the full RPA lifecycle - from process analysis through to production support. Knowledge of automation governance, version control, and exception handling. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
