Job Title: RPA Developer / RPA Lead Engineer

Role Summary

The RPA Developer/Lead Engineer will collaborate with Business Process Owners, Project Managers, and junior developers to design, build, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The role requires strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills to drive automation initiatives, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable, high-quality RPA implementations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). Strong understanding of process automation, orchestration, and integration concepts. Experience with SQL, APIs, and scripting languages is an advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills. Strong project governance and documentation abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Experience:

RPA platforms : 2 years (Required) UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism: 1 year (Preferred) SQL, APIs, scripting languages: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
