Job Responsibilities

to review, amend and maintain the safety related policy, safety inspections, safety training, and compliance with the federal Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). To manages overall company security and sub-contractor securities. Ensure overall safety, health and environment process and systems are in place. To ensure compliance and promote the safe conduct of work. Implement and enforce safety programs at the factory, ensuring correct safety procedures and policies are in place. Continuously strive for improvement to ensure ongoing compliance with OSH laws in the company. Lead the safety/environmental initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. Liaise with DOSH to arrange for the renewal of registered equipment and to address any observations or findings. Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assess incident records and recommend remedies. Prepare a summary of safety, health and environment activities during the 1st week of each month. Update ESWISS, MyJKKP, and any government-regulated environmental portals accordingly. Ensure that safety and security measures are in place to safeguard the well-being of all personnel and visitors within the premises. Adhere to all company service and operational standards. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Promptly respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers. Protect the company's assets from theft, assault, fire, and other safety risks. Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control, and accident investigation. Develop plant security processes and systems. coordinate with ICT dept for CCTV cameras retrieval for incidents investigation. Manage the security company that guard the factory. obtain valid SHO greenbook and added advantage with CePSWAM.
