Description:1.Assist in the development of the divisional annual sales plans and the yearly sales targets by giving ideas, comments and market feedback in this aspect.2.Achieve the sales objective of the assigned products through fostering and building reliable business relationship with the targeted local and international customers including resolving technical issues faced by the customers and presales inquiry, when necessary.3.Assist Divisional Head in penetrating or developing new market when opportunity presents so that the overall sales performance of the Division can be further enhanced.4.Monitor collection payment and liaise with customer on collection matters to ensure that payment is collected on timely basis.5.Keep up to date with the competitor\'s products in the market / new products and provide these feedback to Division Head for improving sales strategies /plans.6.Resolve customer complaints / issues speedily and effectively so as to ensure that high level of customer satisfaction at all time. This includes liaising with various department personnel in solving the customer issue.7.Carry out and liaise with customer on ISO related activities required to maintain the certification status.8.Undertake any other responsibility or task as assigned / directed by your superior from time to time.Qualification:
