RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To source and evaluate new potential customers. 2. To promote our products to potential customers. 3. To work closely with and maintain an excellent business relationship with current and new customers. 4. To perform outbound calls to potential customers (cross-selling and up-selling to existing and prospective customers) 5. Attend to telephone queries from customers. 6. To achieve maximum sales profitability and growth. 7. Develop a strong relationship with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers. 8. Prepare, update and manage sales forecasts consistently. 9. Establish contact and liaise with customers and consultants to promote company capabilities to secure business opportunities. 10. Define/identify customer requirements, obtain customer budget allocation, and provide comprehensive support to the customer to promote company supplies and services to increase company\'s chances in the market. 11. Solicit customer feedback. Communicate issues to management-related departments for a proper solution to be reverting back to the customer. 12. Develop, maintain a business plan and develop a new customer. 13. Assist in organization exhibitions, conference and other sales event. 14. Prepare & update sales reports and documentation (Weekly Sales Plans, sales strategic plans ). 15. Prepare & Deliver Presentations that explain products/solutions to customers and prospective customer. 16. Any other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior/manager. BENEFITS: 1.
