We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sales Executive to join our team in the vibrant city of Kuantan, Pahang. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging valuable relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company.

Job Summary:

• Expand and promote own branding product market.
• Achieve maximum sale profitability, growth, and account penetration in the company

Requirement :

• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation
• Once a month need to come to the office at Sungai Buloh.
• Sales Cover area : Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Candidate fluent in Mandarin and/or other dialects are added advantage/preferred as role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien speaking customers
• Three or more years of sales experience
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
• Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

• Maintain good business relationships with new and existing customers, and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit customers regularly to update the latest company information and do servicing.
• Promote own product to the nursery.
• Conduct marketing intelligence survey, analysis and prepare the report.
• Conduct promotion, marketing activities, or campaigns.
• Promote organic and eco-friendly concepts.
• Passionate about plants.
• Good teamwork, communication skills, organization and planning skill, and responsible for the task.
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Manfaat

• Petrol Allowances: RM500.00
• Car Maintenance Allowances: RM500.00
• For outstation - outstation only to come to the office once a month.The company will provide accommodation.
• During outstation entitle to meal allowances of RM 30.00 per day.
• Entitle for commission - commission based on sales
