Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the secretarial team and providing support when necessary.
  • Implementing and maintaining an effective filing system.
  • Photocopying, binding and storing all company documents.
  • Updating and maintaining of statutory records, registers, contact details, agreement, and other documents.
  • Ensuring all incoming calls are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary.
  • To perform any other ad hoc secretarial relevant and related task as and when required.
Essential Requirements:
  • Posses minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field.
  • At least one year\'s experience in a similar role.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English and Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
