Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates.
Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on recruitment processes and market trends.
Negotiate salary packages and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
