1. Responsible for daily on-site supervision and coordination.
2. Responsible to supervise workers and sub-contractors by monitoring and
controlling their performance and quality of works.
3. Overseeing the overall site progress to ensure works are in compliance to the
defined standard and drawing.
4. To assist in carrying out inspections.
5. Maintain healthy and safe work environment.
6. Management of material, plants and equipment.
7. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities assigned by
superior.
8. Helping project managers to plan work programme.
9. Completing records for site reports.
